Review of Olympus endoscopy repair service in Pakistan
I sent my Olympus gastroscope for repair to an Olympus authorized service center in Karachi. Turnaround time was three weeks which is acceptable. Repair quality was excellent and they provided detailed report. Cost was PKR two hundred eighty thousand for optical system repair. Genuine Olympus service is expensive but reliable.
Disappointing experience with refurbished equipment without testing
Warning to buyers: I purchased a refurbished patient monitor from a vendor who promised it was fully tested. On first day of use it showed intermittent ECG artifacts. When I complained, vendor said this was within normal range. Always insist on thorough testing before accepting delivery and get it in writing.
